CCI 209 Primers
CCI Muzzleloading Primers are specifically produced for the Inline Muzzleloading hunter. is continuously testing and improving their primers and as a result, their primers are more sensitive, easier to seat, and more compatible with today’s inline muzzleloading rifles. These primers utilize modern non-corrosive and non-mercuric initiator mixes for the cleanest burn possible. One of the benefits of using primers specifically designed for muzzleloading rifles is that they are milder than regular 209 shotshell primers meaning they do not force the powder charge forward helping to maintain consistent velocities and they help to minimize the formation of crud rings. These primers are not designed to be used in shotshells, they are for muzzleloading rifles only.
