FFL dealers marked as “On File” are dealers that we have worked with in the past and are familiar with how to do a transfer. We can work with any willing FFL dealer to complete a transfer. All we require is a current copy of the dealer’s FFL be sent to us via FAX or Email. If we have a current copy of the dealer’s license (FFL) on file, there is no need to resend it with each order
